DIRECTORS AND PERSONNEL
The Chairman, Director and 70% shareholder of the company is Mr. NH Masithela, an experienced community activist with qualifications in development studies and business management.
The Chief Operations Officer, Managing Director and 30% shareholder is Mr. CH Magson, a qualified professional engineer (CESA No. 512 and ECSA No. 770101) in the Bloemfontein office and who oversees the other branches.
Mr. CH Combrinck is the office manager in Kroonstad as well as a professional engineer (ECSA No. 20100040) and town planner (SAPI No. 11816).
MPS also has a professional architectural technologist Mr. PJ Blinaut (SACAP No. T09161), draughtsman and surveyors with the necessary administrative staff to complement our technical ability.
EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTION
It is our policy that our office and all our equipment will be of a high standard and with ample capacity in order to insure effective service in our modern world with its in real time demand.
In addition to the above MPS makes extensive use of computer-aided draughting and design technology. The office equipment is capable of interpreting a wide range of software systems enabling us to interface with outside companies such as architects etc.
COMMUNITY LIAISON
Due to the political changes that took place in our country during the last couple of years, MPS has been working in ever closer cooperation with new community structures like the civic organizations, political parties, NGO’s, CBO’s etc. At this point and time it is our policy not to engage in any physical execution of a project if the local community has not been informed and consulted on the matter.
